I. Functions:
Future Perfect can be used:
· To describe an action that will finish before a point of time in the future:
Example: She will have completed her report by this time next week.
I will have eaten dinner by the time you arrive.
To describe an action that lasts until a point of time in the future:
Example: I will have been here for six months on June 23rd.
The students will have done four tests at the end of this semester.
II. Form:
+ Affirmative:
Subject + will have + V-ed/3
+ Negative:
Subject + will not have + V-ed/3
Shortened form: will not have = won't have
+ Question:
Will + Subject + have + V-ed/3
